I particularly enjoyed listening about iKarma soon bringing out their own API, an application programming interface, which will allow other business sites to essentially use iKarma's philosophy of a reputation management system on their own websites, to create an effective viral marketing system.

If you think about it, customer service has really gone by the boards here in the Untied States at least. It's refreshing to see that some businesses are starting to understand that if a customer is happy with you, they will come to you first. smile You see testimonials on websites all the time, and that is really what attracts me first to businesses or products: What have other people said about it?

I believe that as the economy gets more uncertain, people are going to start being a lot more careful whom they deal with.
