Ok, let's stick to facts.
It's a fact Berry got a million shares. It's a fact that uspr has not produced any drilling info, feasibility study, or other such data that rises to SEC compliant guidelines, or 43-101 approved levels.
So it begs this question, exactly how is Berry determining this opinion of his? He did no drilling. He walked the property. How can he determine what's under the ground by walking the ground.
Now your turn. How is it a fact that he has a life long reputation worth caring about? How do we know what this reputation is? Just because of who he has spoken in front of?
How about the 5 companies that he "advised" in his life that either went bankrupt or have not created any shareholder value at all?
Did those advising failures of his add to, or subtract from, his life long reputation??
