Would it be possible to have an agreement in which KBLB negotiates the silk farm absorb costs for start up of the MS silkworm farm....and KBLB fore goes revenue until such and such a time as costs are paid? A free carry of sorts. Then once costs are recouped, then KBLB sees revenues. It would seem to me to be a way to avoid reporting, though it might still be considered income, getting a free carry like that.
