PMCB, stated there might be a study. So, that means they might not have a study.

If you review the language in the NVLX/PMCB press releases you'll notice all kinds of hedge words. Hedge words and phrases written in a such way to fool the reader.

Look at this another way....why not wait until AFTER the study and announce the ACTUAL results.

PMCB did not do that. Instead, they "intend" or "expect" or "plan to" or "anticipate" or "may" perform a study in "approximately" two weeks.
