I suspect that some are waiting for the Company to provide details on the discussed separation of Niostar and the proposed subsequent listing as it s own Public Entity.

Until the Company decides as to how they are going to proceed it is difficult for them to initiate any Public Relations effort or to "get their story" out through Press / Meeting with Financial types / Brokers / Investor Townhall type meetings ---- etc.

Presumably in time they will be able to tell their story but first they must complete this phase of their Plan. I would hope that within the next Month or Two they will be able to firm much of this up and inform the Shareholders of the next Phase.
