Enterprising Investor,

I am looking for opinion rather than investment advice.

Do you have any thoughts that Rector's supposed dumping of shares and any associated paper likely provides an immediate investment opportunity or just more falling knives?

I am fully aware of Bernard Baruch's advice that only liars buy at bottoms but that doesn't keep this idiot from trying.

Just asking.
