Apply logic, they would not be building more machines unless they know there is a huge demand by a 'major' that is beyond the current capacity of Petrozene production.

1. There could never be a huge demand by a "major" unless first there was ANY demand by anybody.
2. It seems that producing a thimble full of Petrozene is beyond current capacity.
3. No "major" or even competent minor will lock themselves into a "You build it and I will buy it" sales contract. Rather- the most they could ever hope for ( after all fine print is read) would be: "When you got it, if it works, if I like it, if the price is right, then maybe I will buy some."
4.WHO says they are going to build machines? Remember, this is a JV or reverse merger or something similar that they are talking about in the Form D. Anything this maybe money is used for will be owned or leased by the new partner.

If you cannot see that, then I can't help you.

I can not respond to any comments about this until tomorrow so do not interpret my lack of a response as any kind of agreement with what may be offered as a rosy glasses explanation of how the only thing a company has to do to prove that it has a plan that is working is to just claim that it is so.
