$TECHNICAL-TRADERS? RSI-under-30 = BUY-SIGNAL? FXCM$2.39-NYSE-chart-RSI-14.68-but-ON-BALANCE-VOLUME-is-higher!
We all know about RSI BUY SIGNALS when it gets below 30... FXCM is below 15!
Now.... would you look at the ON BALANCE VOLUME indicator??? What??? Even higher than when the stock was at 17 dollars????
MACD appears to have hit low and ready to cross over....
And the BULL FLAG or Pennant pattern is obvious to most of us....
This one has REBOUND written all over it...
