That sticky addresses a key investing question: How clean is the SEWC shell? Could liabilities be lurking from when SEWC was an active business just a few years ago?

SEWC has an ugly history; As a lawyer and savvy investor I wouldn't want any part of that shell. So much better to start anew which is the way it's normally done.
