There has been no mention publically on Richard weeds connection with LVVV

Well, his continued involvement was disclosed in the 10-Q -- are you saying that Bill Hodson has not commented on it publicly yet, aside from including the information in his SEC filing? I agree with that observation, and it is absurd that there hasn't been a press release explaining how exactly Bill Hodson protected LVVV from potential criminal liability due to the things that Dick Weed appears to have done in his other companies.

I don't believe Bill Hodson did anything to protect against fraud and abuse that Dick Weed might have perpetrated, but if he did do something (other than accept Dick's resignation) then one would expect that something to be clearly explained somewhere so that investors know what the facts are from the viewpoint of LVVV.
