Hi Alec.

It has been a while since we last communicated. I had a question regarding share structure and thought I would get your feedback.

When I first purchased this stock it was a shell with a nice share structure and I believe it was the low float that made it move so quickly but also made it attractive to buy. My question is why such a large authorized share structure? Could you of not increased by 1 or 2 Billion rather than 5 Billion

Suggestion
How about a press release reducing share structure to 2.5 Billion to increase shareholder value. Get interest in the company as you build it and increase the share structure as needed. Having a share structure of 5 billion is an invitation for a future reverse split and even if that’s not the intent, it sure could appear this way to many investors.
