The selling of cheap shares is a major part of Gerald's MO - difference is instead of stringing us along on LymPro S/S numbers which devastated GC's credibility, AMBS does seem to have some clout now on the DX front not seen before - if they can sell the Dx Div. for a sizable sum with royalty kickers, I'm all for it. My personal time horizon doesn't allow for an IPO and/or spin out. IMHO, those will make the Owners rich in the long run, but will keep current shareholders looking for greater returns in the short run.
