OT: Optionshouse. gotta give it to these guys. Not gonna receive any customer-service awards this year. I've been calling all day, and not answering phone...period.

I'm currently on hold for 15 minutes, (5th call today).

Did they not even show up to work today? too much online-broker competition out there to put up with this s*&t.
