Ahaaaa... the literally million dollar question. Personally, I'm going to follow rig counts and when they stop going down, I will concentrate on the outfits that have the greater PERCENTAGE (not number) of retained rigs operating for my first oil plunge as they should see profits as soon as oil prices rise whereas the others will need to ramp back up.
