I don't know where you're taking this confusion from Mike. I never refered to the S-1 as the "Financial Statements (or Reports)". I said that any revenues and expenses related to production would have to been shown in the Financial Reports (or Statements) and that is not the case yet.

Your attempt to portray me as dazed and confused is nice though...keep working at it!
