That is an ERROR if you found it. They are owned by RCC HOLDING INC according to their own info which I copy and paste. It is their words not mine.

In February, 1999 the TeleCom Towers antenna site assets (with the exception of the portfolio of sites owned by SNET and managed by RCC) were sold to American Towers, Inc.
RCC was spun out of TTLLC before this transaction occurred and is now privately held by limited partners of TTLLC, the principals of TTLLC, management, and employees now own RCC through a
holding company entity, RCC Holdings, Inc.
