Irish62 ... "No comment newelong?" ...

Well, have you ever known me not to have an opinion ?? Quite frankly though, I don't know why I even bother, because I was completely wrong in thinking that there was at least one other person on this board beside myself who was interested in learning about Adaptive Medias, its incredible team of experts, its technology and the niche market that the Company is already participating in.

Also, I would like to get couple things straight before I bid my adieu.

First of all, you continue to perpetuate the outright lie that I referred to Mr. Shareef as a "saint". I never once commented on his personal life, nor would I ever comment on anyone's personal life whether I knew that person or not, and clearly I didn't know he was capable of such a despicable act, and I can safely say neither did anyone else here ... and it just amazes me as to how many people came out of the woodwork pretending to know that he was.

The only time I referred to Mr. Shareef was with regard to and based upon what I read on Linkedin and in public news releases including the ones in which respected CEOs referred to him as an "industry thought leader" and one who was in demand as an advisor. He was the co-founder and leader of Adaptive Media which had a revenue generating SSP. Subsequently, the three Columbia grads and co-founders of Ember chose Mr. Shareef to be their mentor out of many others. They were smart enough to know that he had a vision in the ad tech business that obviously sparked their interest, and with Shareef's suggestion and guidance he lead them to develop a remarkable DSP that included real-time bidding and an easy to use programmatic bidding element. It must have been not only great technology, but it had to be successful in and of itself, because when Mr. Shareef acquired Ember it came with some very notable clients (refer to press release for those names).

Next came the acquisition of certain assets of OneScreen primarily consisting of the Media Graph technology and excluding any of OneScreen's liabilities. This was the third and final piece of the puzzle giving Adaptive Medias a fully functioning video player and a platform which provided publishers and advertisers alike the ability to manage content, and syndicate and monitize that content. Integrating this technology into Adaptive's SSP and DSP was no easy task, but Mr. Shareef put together an amazing group of software engineers that after some time succeeded in putting together the only full stack, all-in-one video platform available in one place and thus eliminating the need to go elsewhere for some piecemeal solutions.

And this is say to nothing about his ability to recruit an amazing group of talented and experienced individuals to handle every different aspect of the business necessary to make it successful. And anyone who pooh-poohs the fact that many of his recruits at one time worked at Traffic Marketplace knows nothing about the valuable experience they gained there which subsequently lead to prominent positions in many different and well-respected ad tech companies. I doubt that any of them would have left those positions if Mr. Shareef hadn't convinced them of the potential at Adaptive, and apparently they had no issues working for him.

Furthermore, you saying that Mr. Shareef was a POS because he was somehow miss-managing the Company and filling his pocket with shareholders' money makes absolutely no sense at all. I would like to see just one example of how he could possibly get away with any improprieties of that nature without getting caught and jeopardizing the success of the Company, let alone without devaluing his very own shares, those of his associates, those of all his employees and and every other shareholder. And to think that he was somehow in cahoots with all of his associates is just plain unrealistic and silly.

In the final analysis, Mr. Shareef was not only a visionary, but the person who brought the Company he started to the brink of success and to think otherwise is just ignoring the facts. How anyone can think that he wasn't the prime mover is ridiculous, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to attract a brilliant team of diverse individuals and all the young college grads who must have seen the Company's potential and all of whom seem to have been very comfortable with how he ran the ship. Now, you can talk all you want about this unthinkable act he's charged with, but it's quite apparent to me that it in no way affected his ability to lead ADTM to where it is today. All I can say with regard to how he behaved outside of his business is that my heart goes out to the victims and their families and especially his wife and young son.

I really pity those who come to this anti-ADTM board and expect to learn something about the Company, its technology and its business environment, because it's now quite obvious that all they'll find is unfounded accusations about it being a scam, and I have a good idea who will now be the new gatekeeper ... someone who's done immense "research" yet still knows nothing about the Company ... and good luck with that !! LOL

By the way, I think the Board picked the ideal candidate to temporarily take over for Mr. Shareef, because he already has a working relationship with the Company, and I'm sure he's more that just a little familiar with its technology.

I can't wait to see who they pick for the permanent CEO and COO, and I don't think they'll have any problem finding someone who is not only well-qualified but one who would jump at the opportunity to lead this fast growing well-organized Company with its unique technology platform to its rightful place in its targeted niche market in the vast ever-growing lucrative ad tech business.

Finally, I just can't get over people who have the opportunity to learn all about the Company in a very well written Investor Profile, yet refer to it as saying blah, blah blah ... just typical of the way I view most people here who by taking the time to read and understand it could learn practically everything one needs to know about the Company but refuse to put forth the effort ... and don't dismiss the author's remark about ADTM possibly becoming cash flow positive by the end of the year. Compare that to other companies that have been in business much longer than Adaptive which fairly recently went public, yet are still nowhere near profitability. No one seems to want to acknowledge what an accomplishment that would be.

So, with all that being said, I'll now leave you all to your own devices which some actually refer to as "research" or "due diligence" ... what a joke !!!!
