Just keeping you informed and let you know that I had a conversation with Colin Hendrik in the States about two weeks ago.

All is going well however they Securities Office did require some further information after they lodged the papers in December. These have since gone back and we are now just waiting for a listing date. After being given a date the listing should be about 6 weeks from that date.

Hoeve if you can email you fax number I will send you a copy of a run - down on the conversation I had with Colin.

Incidentally (not to be repeated!!!!!) the chip can now do two functions. Both a facial and finger print combined and this is what he refers to in the notes I have taken. Off course he could not let this out to me what the change to the chip was!. (Peter Sleep the director in Melbourne told me confidentially! - not even John Dangar knows that I know.) This had gone back to the Patents office for this further enhancement to be added.

It doesn't get much better than that! I think too that this is where they are referring to the eleven million U S $ figure deal they are about to do and which I am assuming may be for the U S Passports.
