Am I the only one bothered here that Deep Blue as a company has not filed its papers, has not kept its registration up, has not kept a CEO, and is no longer a legal entity

BUT

there is a NEW entity that was filed in October by Wilf Blum that IS a legal entity?

The shareholders here own 0 shares of the new company. The man in charge of this company has a NEW company, and yet has let ALL semblance of a legal entity here go away.

And the only person who has inside information about Deep Blue, when asked about the new entity, says "silence is golden". NO, it's not. If there is a new company, does that mean Deep Blue Environmental will get the proceeds of the new contract, if one is ever given to WIlf again? Will it take new contracts elsewhere, instead of DPBE? Does it mean they will skim off profits before anything comes to Deep blue? Does it mean Deep blue will never be heard from again? Silence is not golden when it has been over a year since the CEO resigned and the company still won't even admit they have no CEO. that is a "material fact" and required by LAW to be announced. But ... if the company no longer EXISTS, and this company has no registration, has no office, has no registered rep for legal service, then maybe DPBE does NOT exist.

And maybe this new company is the NEW entity that shall continue in the future.

Yes, it's a MAYBE only, but it IS a possibility. that's why it should be ADDRESSED. It happens all the time. Some guy shuts down his old overburdened company and the next day opens a new one without the old shareholders or debtors. it IS possible. It HAS happened. So to ASK what this new company is all about is RELEVANT. to hear "silence is golden" and nothing else from the company, supports the claims by others that Deep Blue doesn't exist any more so they can't answer.

I think this new company needs explaining, and if Deep Blue won't explain it, it should scare the heck out of those that own shares in this stock. Deep Blue no longer legally Exists. Anew company now does exist. And yet, people are supporting the old company, like they are doing good things. even in the face of them ignoring SEC laws EVEN NOW. I don't understand that.

So, again - does no one else see a PROBLEM with this? All the "we have no money, and when we get it THEN we will spend the money to register the company again" when they spend the money to register a NEW company, but don't meet the legal obligations of THIS company.

I'm moving to the camp that says they might very well be out of business. Never said that before. Always waiting for them to do something, but never said they don't exist before now. Now I say it might be true. Shoot, it IS true, according to the government! They no longer legally exist. WHY do bulls continue to defend them??
