That's fine. And I would never ask your investment decisions, but does the fact that the stock has fallen from .28 to .12 in six weeks give you reason for pause?

And do you think it is a coincidence that uspr was .33 on 11/7 when uspr announced the definitive agreement on the lien, Berry was an adviser who got 1 million shares, Hartman is new director of mergers..., and now 10 weeks later it's .12?
