You hope CEOLee is a LIAR!. INCOMPETENT is worse. Is CEO Lee both a LIAR and INCOMPETENT? What good faith reason did he have for his Feb2013 "non-guarantee" for issuing shares? Is he that INCOMPETENT that a year later he still hasn't issued shares? Or has he LIED every step of the way?
