Here is another way of looking at who really owned Alpha. Presumably SH exchanged Alpha ownership for 350 million plus shares of Viropro and the value was said to be around $20 million dollars. Current estimates actually put the Alpha facility at around $10 million with the bank holding a mortgage of around $6.8 million. So SH never owned more than 30% of Alpha. There is little or no guessing needed on our part, the bank actions speak to these facts.
