Sunergy Prepares Second Diamond Parcel Sale With Foreign Buyer for 2015

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 22, 2015) - Sunergy, Inc. ("Sunergy" or "the Company")(OTC PINK: SNEY) (PINKSHEETS: SNEY) has organized its second diamond parcelfor sale. Sunergy prepares for continued parcel sales and operationexpansion in 2015.
Sunergy's diamond partner is making arrangements for the appropriatedocuments required by the Kimberly Process Certification System/UnitedNations Resolution for export and is arranging for the delivery of a secondparcel of diamonds to our buyer. As our first parcel, the second parcel hasbeen prepared with reasonable risk rather than an attempt to maximize cashflow. Subsequent parcels will be forthcoming monthly or quarterly as theprocess continues to prove itself. More detailed information will appear inour upcoming filings with the SEC.
CEO and President Garrett Hale states, "I am pleased that we have alreadyengaged in our second sale by the first month of 2015. As we are buildingsolid and secure relationships with our purchasers, we are facilitatingthis second parcel with larger stones than the first. This will allow us todetermine the relevant values for varying sizes, color and clarity ofstones. We are preparing for regular parcel sales during the remainder of2015. We are continually in communication with the National Minerals Agency(NMA) and are arranging additional licenses for our operations. Our currentplans to deploy our Liberian Wash Plant and loader in Sierra Leone will becommissioned under license(s) and guidance from the NMA and the Ministry ofMines in Sierra Leone. We intend to operate in the Kono district which isknown for annual production of substantial diamonds."
Sierra Leone Operating Plan 2015: Our in country representative, PrinceKai Saquee, Chairman of the Diamond and Gold Dealers Association of Konodistrict and Sunergy Advisory Board Member, will direct our operations inSierra Leone during 2015. Our plans include deploying our wash plant, withthe ability to wash gravels virtually 24/7, which should create a steadysupply of diamonds for export to our foreign buyers. We have 3 or 4 miningsites to license and develop in Sierra Leone this year: both land and riveroperations. We expect to have a diamond kimberlite opportunity this year aswell, which should add a new dynamic to our business.
Liberia Operating Plan 2015: Dredging and land based operations continueand are being evaluated for expansion. Further information will be madeavailable as results of operations become available.
Our building partner, Global Builders Group, Inc. ("GBG"): GBG is preparingits showcase manufacturing facility in Atlanta, GA for the purpose ofproviding its propriety Structural Insulated Panels (SIP's) to its JointVenture for 10,000 homes in Nigeria. GBG has additional building projectsin the queue from local Georgia projects to Mexico, Jamaica, DRC (Congo)and Ghana. GBG's focus is to complete its facility in Atlanta within thenext 90 days. During this period planning for commencement of constructionwith local and foreign partners is underway.
