No need to go anywhere..back in august 27 2013 eco was already approved to do a R/S by its majority shareholders...back then approved for 1:20...however it only takes a small vote amendment from majority shareholders again to accept a new number...remember Conman is the majority so doesn't need anyone else to pull off a R/S scam

however FINRA is supposedly getting tougher...link about another company...its all about what Conman owes the toxic lenders still...they can control what if any split happens
