Dana Holding sheds Venezuelan business

Dana Holding (NYSE:DAN) announced it sold its Venezuelan business to Manufacturing and Logistics Solutions.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
Dana expects to take a net charge of $77M in Q4 related to the divestiture of the Venezuelan business.
