Let's suppose you ran a business and no matter what you did you couldn't make it work, you failed, lost money and needed to dilute the cr*p out of the stock to survive. You reached the bottom and decided the only way to continue was to further dilute the stock and ruin the investment of all current share holders. Oh well, it's easy, and it will allow us to further dilute it to perhaps another billion. You were about 50 million, diluted it to 600 million, and now we can go dark and take it over a billion. It sounds like a plan to me. The probability of this company surviving is questionable. Oh, and there's always another reverse in the wings.
