one assumes good discovery going on

then this broad attack on GOV - which maybe has handed over squat

honestly - I do not understand

there should have been some knock down brawls earlier if things were not going well

how did our attys not push for an actual meeting with the judge if the GOV has been that bad

(will go back and re read and hope I have jumped to a wrong conclusion)
