The market makers may control the PPS today due to the silence but the PPS is actually controlled by the company by filing on time, frequent PR's and revenues, all of which PTAH has a problem doing on a consistent basis. So in turn, the company has a lot to do with the PPS, imo.

Holding 10 Million here and starting to wonder why.
