MSFT shares also have been pressure today after the U.S. International Trade Commission today began an evidentiary hearing in a complaint by Interdigital Communications' (IDCC) alleging MSFT and Nokia (NOK) have infringed on a pair of IDCC patents with their mobile devices with 3G WCDMA capabilities.

The case was remanded to ITC from the U.S. Court of Appeals after the court concluded the trade panel erred when it previously ruled MSFT and NOK did not infringe on IDCC technology. IDCC shares were down about 1.1% in late trade at $51.65 each


right MSFT down, but duh ! so is IDCC
