Going back a few years, Inergetics & Muscle Maker Grill had come to an agreement on adding high protein shakes (42grams of protein and using Surgex formula) in an exclusive deal, where eventually the plan was to get Inergetics' foot in the door for selling Surgex throughout their chain, along with any other "mixes" of the Surgex formula, as well as additional products that MMG might be interested in, including, but not necessarily limited to the 42 brand.

You can view the initial deal here. Between the shakes and the possibility of offering Surgex in the near future to most locations, this alone could bring in Millions in revenues on a yearly basis, IMO.

The estimates back then were high enough (500K units of Surgex), and the chain continues to grow at a fast pace across the country. On top of that, the business model is supposedly going to expand where ready made meals (as well as delivery options) for home will be available soon, and I can see more shakes being sold with these new offerings to customers.

The estimate is that more than 300 shakes are sold daily (15K+ yearly) at each location, and the 42 brand accounts for a good percentage of those. The initial need was for roughly 600K the first year, and hopefully the demand will not only stick, but increase as more franchises are added as this fast and growing chain continues to expand rapidly.

Soon, you’ll be able to purchase ready-to-heat meals for the entire week, as well as home delivery.

You can check out their "42" brand website, where franchises (we can't order them) can order the 42 brand of products directly from a site that Inergetics setup and maintains. They're also listed under the contact info.

If you click on "Shop", you'll see the 42 gram shakes that Inergetics offers conveniently at the top for easy ordering. They also offer cookies and other sweets, and I think it's important to point out that one of the other main offerings, Lenny & Larry's cookies, has taken their brand and drastically increased revenues over the last few years, where they currently do about 10M a year or more in sales.

Just for reference, too, here's the PR from James & Co last year where they announced that the product was already selling...

Under the agreement, Inergetics will supply an estimated 600,000 shakes to Muscle Maker Grill franchises over the next 12 months. Inergetics also worked in partnership with Muscle Maker Grill to develop a custom product design, as well as an online ordering system for its franchisees.

While I believe growth potential is there for the shakes and other new products they add in the future, the chance to get Surgex into a chain like MMG is pretty exciting in and of itself. You also have to like their older sales estimates, and like I said, that was a few years ago and the MMG chain is only growing in size. Only a handful of places currently sell Surgex, so this could be a BIG boost for the brand as MMG has had a full year to evaluate the 42 brand and see if Surgex would fit in nicely with their chain.

On a minor side note, BR will likely be adding a line of razors to their accessories soon. I say this, because they just filed another BR trademark last week.
