FQ1 (ending Dec. 31) net income of $142.5M or $0.39 per share vs. $123.2M and $0.36 one year ago.
Closings of 7,973 homes up 29% Y/Y. Net sales orders of 7,370 up 40%. Backlogs of 9,285 up 21%.
CEO Donald Horton: "Our weekly sales pace has accelerated in January."
