I read everything I can about my CTIX investment, including the texts you cited. Being an investor, one has to stay wary of confirmation bias. I do not believe the DF request is inconsistent with negative, or positive, PK/PD for Kevetrtin. I hope someone with pharma experience can put that particular issue to rest. (Management's view is a good data point, but not an entirely objective one.)
