One thing is for sure- Dougie Mac & William Gartner/Provista & The Lenders/Takeover Group have put too much time, money and effort into the takeover/reverse merger of Radient and its IP/properties and future licensing agreements to simply let things continue in limbo. Even the more negative posters are here every day posting to see how things will turn out, because no one absolutely knows (Just look at all the scenarios that have been presented by both sides here).

As far as this argument goes regarding whether or not the Aussies are the legal BOD appointees- either way they are just temporary (and doing nothing) along a pre-arrainged plan created by The Men Behind the Curtain.
