I think AMDL and NuVax were both "spun off" in the sense that MacLellan incorporated them and called them "wholly owned subsidiaries."

I hope we don't open up the ridiculous can-of-worms discussion about "Subsidiary vs. Division." Yes we got some laughs out of the notion that AMDL could be a subsidiary one day, a division the next, and then a subsidiary again to fit the Takeover rumor. But we've beaten that joke to death.

Agreed, if AMDL or NuVax "arise" that is bad news for RXPC shareholders. But neither company has any remaining assets so I'm confident that both of those corporations are dead and gone.
