I have a compelling story to tell. Can this lawyer use me in any way?

Also, by chance did Exobox declare what their current outstanding share count is?

I believe Exobox stated on February 12, 2014..

As of the date of this Agreement, the Company has approximately 475,000,000 shares of Common Stock outstanding

See, http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1335002/000100233414000006/sharex.htm

I believe Exobox stated on December 5, 2014..

Effective upon the filing of the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation set forth in Item 5.03, the Company accepted the conversion by Mr. Shaun Irvine, the executive officer and director, of his 5,000 shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock according to their terms into 500,000,000 shares of common stock.

See, http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1335002/000100233414000055/exobox8knov2014amd.htm

That would lead me to believe that there are now 975,000,000 common shares of EXBX stock Outstanding, right?

Yes? No?

And can I assume from the filings above that Shaun Irvine got 500,000,000 shares of common EXBX stock for only $50,000?

Isn't 500,000,000 shares of common EXBX stock worth more than $50,000 ?????

I thought the Fair Market Value of a stock would be the number of shares times the avg share price over a 20 day period. That's just my opinion.

Does anyone else know what the Fair Market Value would be for 500,000,000 shares of EXBX common stock?

Just curious...

Go Exobox !!!!!
