if by "Very Low Profile" you mean "doing nothing and no longer operating," then yes, AMDL Diagnostics is keeping a very low profile.

But if by "DORMANT STOCK" you mean RXPC shares, then you are mistaken. AMDL Diagnostics does NOT control that "dormant stock."
