Pinetree is trading at 11 cents Canadian. I tried to get a balance sheet but there is nothing on the SEC website. If you look at their investment portfolio it is awful Their biggest holding is ANY after the Overland merger. They have not filed a 13D as a holded of greater than 5% for reasons that baffle me. Does Canada require the same as the SEC regarding holders??

My GUESS. They have funding commitments and maybe some debt like the convertible which may have forced them to liquidate what could be sold. The stock trades like there is a natural seller.

Pinetree at 11 cents tells me they have huge problems and based on the debt and commitment structure they may be out of money.
