Actually, it did have an impact and went hand in hand with the P&G and Hemp rumors. Impact might not have been massive but was enough to pump price to .0006 which i am sure was used as a cash out point by those who were putting out the rumors and clock.
.0004 to .0006 is nice 50% pop which was followed by sell off to .0003 after the shareholder letter was released. Typical in OTC, pump news and sell right before released.
The next play $DID$ was similar, expect the news made it run quite a bit, but same cycle non the less. Pump pending news, once news comes pump the hell out of the company and scream "pennies" "copper" "silver" sell for the quick 100%-300% before reality/dilution sets in and you send a tweet out that you have sold your position and the company is no longer worth the time.
