Hi Arizona1, how often is the stand your ground rule used as a defense ?

Personally I feel in the case of Martin/Zimmerman, it should not have applied cuz there were no witnesses and not enough evidence to justify shooting. But there are other cases where I could see where you'd want to be able to defend yourself or others with lethal force.

You and Ayock seem to think it's ok for poor people to kill each other. I don't know what to do with that.
