The discussion was pertaining to after hour trading of otc stocks (or lack thereof) and differences showing up thereafter.

Without even realizing it, your post is correct in that "it's always the MM's fault; never Kim's fault...."

No matter which angle you view this from, Kim can't be blamed for a MM's posting of data after hours.
