Starting the pilot program doesn't require EcoNavigation to produce millions of dollars. Only enough to run the program.

Basically they only have to rent the Niagara plant for a short period of time.

The current plan is for the pilot to be completed within the 120 period and EcoNavigation will be responsible for costs associated with the pilot

How much do you figure it costs to do that ?

And why has 22 days gone by already out of the 120 with no action at the plant ?
