Today VSTR is at $0.0100, so the current valuation would be $400K.
The asset sale took place October 1, 2014, VSTR price was $0.0150, so the sale price was $600K.

Pervasip quarterly revenues went from $200K to $27K after the sale. 3 or 4 of PVSP's 4 (?) employees went alongside the assets. The 24 (?) servers were sold.
VSTR revenues climbed from $2,500 /Q to $40K /Q.

Both Pervasip and ValueSetters are located at the same address,
430 NORTH STREET
WHITE PLAINS, New York 10605

which appear to be a smallish lutheran church.
