Property tax = debt, there is always debt in this world and the next. If corruption explodes, taxes will be jacked up until you can not afford the fines stated. Oh-bla-blah care? That will be another way they force into your life and possibly inject you with various "cooties" antidotes 3 times daily the thugz and masters concoct until most peasants are perished.

That, of course is a worst case scenario. Nuclear, civil and world war with fighter jets, nano tech weapons, chemical warfare and tanks are only in cartoons.

Do your DD! Spend only the money you can afford to lose, while still willing to play at other tables. Commissions are cheaper than losses!
