The HTC jury used those low MMP licensing amounts from TPLs accused discounting the MMP to sell their other non PTSC junk patents to set the license amount! That is why U got only $960k! In TPLs accused (by Moore and PTSC) ripping U off he shot the entire MMP portfolio in the foot and guaranteed tiny license fees! And PTSC had TPL in court about this and they let him off with a small confidential settlement! Had PTSC management taken that case all the way and won a legal judgment against TPL for ripping U off that case could have been used as evidence to the jury to disregard the past low licensing fees. Unfortunately the main concern of PTSC management was simply keeping their own pay checks coming! Who would actually put any money in this stock?

Alliacense owned by TPL and run out of the same office by his son are still trying to get one over on PTSC by violating the agreement they just signed in July according to PTSCs own lawyers! Basically, my friends, TPL/Alliacense will never stop trying to take as much of any small future MMP revenue as possible and your PTSC board will simply let it happen. The PTSC board would never even have sued TPL about discounting the MMP to sell their non PTSC patents if the inventor Moore had not told them. At that point their only motivation to act was based on self preservation because they were open to personal liability! And U peeps have money in this type of company? Just trying 2 help folks.
