"We are at no risk of defaulting on our debt, but the dilution risk is real."

We have a very real possibility of defaulting on our debt. There's a lot of money due at the end of March and we don't have it.
I believe we will be able to find the needed financing, but this is not the same thing as being at no risk of defaulting.
