If the lock is lifted in February, it will mean that PRPM knew about the lock in Feb last year and continued selling shares until Luther "proudly announced being the recipient of the global lock" in mid-April and used it as an excuse for zero business being conducted other than posting fictitious news stories.
If PRPM knew about it in Feb and then went on to make all the ridiculous PR's they made like the pot shop roll-outs, grow ops, etc. then it will spell trouble but by the time anything is done about Vakser will have disappeared, and Luther will be back in Nepal spending investor's money.
The dtcc page says one year mandatory lock.
PRPM'ers will believe anything Luther says, even Texas pot shop!
and $200,000,000.00 projected revenue, and even that he is real, and honest, and transparent, and wants to make stuckholders "whole."
Let's watch and see what happens, will Vakser go to jail, or will Vakser leave the country with investor's money?
