Here's my hypothetical VOIS adaptation!

Kerry Driscoll: Hi may name is Kerry Driscoll and I'm the CEO of Mind Solutions, Inc. and I believe we have a technology and a device you may be very interested in?

Microsoft: Hello Mr. Driscoll, you appeared on our Radar when Brent Fouch was touting your technology over Four years ago and we've already done our DD and see that all your company does is bleed investors of their hard earned funds and have shown little, uh no wait.. NO real or measurable progress. We have No Interest whatsoever in you or your company.

Then......

January 2014 PR comes out stating that VOIS had been in discussions with Microsoft.... Too Funny.. but I believe that while VOIS may not have lied in their sharing of information regarding talks with Big Tech companies.. the latter scenario as described above is a far more likely "REAL" interpretation of what "ACTUALLY" occurred!
