I would probably agree with you on this one


I think the Feds would be more likely to use Marsala as a cooperating witness. And of course, Marsala really may have tried to fix things. But he should have realized that with Vinny still the majority shareholder, that would be impossible.

No matter what happens, this will not turn out to be a highlight of Marsala's career.
