Nope. Sam started his purchases before today. My recent exchange with Sam with regards to the Form 4 filed today;

Good afternoon Sam. Just a question with regards to today's Form 4 filing. It states that the "earliest transaction" date was the 19th. It also says today was the transaction date.

I've never seen a Form 4 filed and released immediately after the transaction.

Were the shares purchased today.
