I have seen this pattern before. The tactics are always the same and the excuses as well.

The company needs to spin it to get approval. They may have PR'd something but I bet they left more out than they put in.

Real questions is.. Does one believe this is still an investment? Or is there better places to put whatever value is left here. The market will decide.
